For nine years, till September 2019 Jörg Herzog was the creative lead, the ECD for TBWA Germany.
He brought outstanding success to brands like Schwarzkopf, SYOSS, Douglas, Adidas, Metro, Nissan, Wagner Pizza, Henkel and many more. Before his time at TBWA Joerg worked for over ten years at Ogilvy as international ECD on Dove. Together with his Creative counterpart Dennis Lewis and the international team from Düsseldorf and London, he created the well known and multi awarded "Dove Campaign For Real Beauty".

Pride and Purpose: A Day in the Life of Herzog. The Beautiful Consultancy

In the high-stakes world of advertising and brand strategy, some names transcend industries, becoming synonymous with creativity, authenticity, and excellence.
For over two decades, my journey through the ranks of global advertising—leading creative teams at Ogilvy and TBWA—has been defined by a relentless pursuit of truth, beauty, and the art of storytelling.
But it is with Herzog. The Beautiful Consultancy, my own creative venture launched in 2019, that I find my deepest fulfillment.

Herzog. The Beautiful Consultancy is not just a name; it is a manifesto. It represents a commitment to elevating every brand we touch, crafting campaigns that resonate, inspire, and, above all, deliver.

The Responsibility of Quality
Seeing my name, Herzog, alongside iconic brands is a source of immense pride. Yet, it is also a constant reminder of the responsibility that comes with it. In the world of branding, reputation is everything. These brands entrust me not just with their image but with their legacy. My mission is to ensure that the stories I craft for them are as authentic and compelling as the products themselves.

This sense of responsibility is something I have carried throughout my career, including one of my proudest achievements:
being one creative mind behind the Dove Campaign for Real Beauty. This groundbreaking, globally acclaimed campaign did more than just advertise a product—it sparked a movement.
It redefined how beauty is portrayed in media and inspired millions to embrace their authentic selves. To this day, it serves as a benchmark for what great advertising can achieve: authenticity, impact, and a profound connection with the audience.

Creativity in Action
At Herzog, this ethos of quality and authenticity is the foundation of everything we do. On any given day, I might be conceptualizing a brand platform that redefines how a product connects with its audience, directing an integrated campaign that spans billboards and digital screens, or advising clients on how to present their newest innovations to the trade. Each project is a puzzle to solve, a story to tell, and a legacy to protect.

The work is as varied as it is rewarding, whether it’s developing a comprehensive brand strategy, creating campaigns for every medium—digital, print, TV, and out-of-home—or consulting on product design and innovation. Each task demands not just skill, but heart.

The pride of seeing the Herzog name alongside iconic global brands is matched only by the motivation it gives me to keep innovating, keep creating, and keep delivering at the highest level.
